  • Start your day early in the morning & then after attending nature’s call, clean your teeth properly. 
  • It is not necessary to take a bath before starting yoga. But, if you do so, it's good & if not try to at least clean your face, ears, nostrils & feet before starting a yoga session.
  • Use a yoga mat or blankets in a neat & clean room to do your yoga postures.
  • Try to breathe deeply through your left nostril as it helps the free flow within your body.
  • Always lay on your back for 2 to 5 minutes for relaxing breath after finishing postures.
  • The oil secreted after yoga from your body should be massaged into your skin to avoid aging.

Don’ts Of Yoga

  • Don’t eat anything before yoga or if you have eaten something, try to wait until 2 to 3 hours after taking the meal.
  • Try to avoid yoga during the menstrual cycle & consult your physician before doing yoga during pregnancy.
  • Yoga under direct sunlight is not recommended.
  • Avoid taking showers or drinking water for 30 minutes after performing yoga.
  • Don’t take alcohol or drugs when you are doing yoga.
